LOCATION

We collaborate closely with real estate firms to help you identify the perfect location for your dream Trópiko restaurant. Our comprehensive location selection process considers various factors, including geography, traffic flow, accessibility, parking availability, and more.

DESIGN

Trópiko offers the support of an in-house design and construction manager who collaborates closely with you to develop an as-built plan. We supply a comprehensive construction and design manual, while franchisees independently engage a general contractor and procure equipment and materials through our approved vendors.

TRAINING

Our training program consists of a two-week duration, with the first week conducted at our corporate offices and the second week taking place within the actual store when the franchisee is prepared for opening.

OPENING

The Trópiko marketing team works with our franchisees on paid advertising, social media, public relations, ad creation, and influencer campaigns to promote your grand opening store.
